We ship via Turkish Postal Service. The cost of shipping is paid by buyer and decals are received in 5-14 days (depending on shipping method and location). Also, important is to know that any sent item is not cosidered as lost up to 45 days from the submission. We also will provide you with tracking code so you can track you decal.!!! If you need you decal urgently please send us a convo before you purchase the decal.

All products designed and manufactured by Wall's Tale Home Decor are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. Wall's Tale Home Decor is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.Our goal is %100 customer’s satisfaction, although we have refund policy. Send us a Refund Request to da@wallstale.com and return deal to us within 10 days after the dilivery for a full refund of your purchase price (return shipping fee is payed by customer) after we receive decal back.
